Resident Manager Full Time

Job Title: Resident Manager

Job Time Type: Full Time (30 Hours or More)

Job Description:

The role of the Resident Manager is to ensure the fiscal and physical integrity of their property as well as create a safe and healthy community for tenants. The Resident Manager shall consistently adhere to all regulations and maintain compliance for the property.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Experience in property management
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in
  • Must become Tax Credit Certified within 6 months of (Agency pays for certification).
  • Able to operate Windows-based computer programs, including Microsoft Office &
  • Capable of utilizing internet-based property management software (after being trained).
  • Courteous, tactful, diplomatic, and appropriate in interactions with coworkers, tenants, andvendors; accepting of cultural diversity and the economic and social situations of low-income individuals.
  • Must be well organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision toprioritize, juggle, and complete tasks in a timely
  • Ability to do creative thinking, problem solving, and conflict resolution as an individual or aspart of a
  • Ability to understand and follow Fair Housing
  • Ability to comply with policies regarding tenant
  • Ability to appropriately represent the community & CHIP to the public and potential
  • Ability to complete accounting and bookkeeping
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
  • Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent
    High school education or equivalent

Requires a Driver’s License: Yes

Minimum Salary: 14.50 Hour            Maximum Salary: 16.50 Hour

Pay Comments: DOE (Depends on Experience)
