16-24 hours per week, day shift, some weekends
Wage: $12.00- $12.50 per hour DOE.

Ideal candidate would have the following:

• Must have a basic background in general maintenance from painting and plastering to minor electrical and plumbing.
• Must have basic hand tool skills, drills, saws, all other power tools and riding lawn mowers.
• Prefer someone with tractor experience.
• Must be 18 years of age to apply.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean DMV report and proof of insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Duties:

• General repairs as needed to buildings, painting, plastering and minor electrical and plumbing as required.
• Setting up and clean up for special events at the fairgrounds.
• Cleaning bleachers, set up and tear down of livestock panels.
• Janitorial duties: Cleaning rest rooms and keeping supplies stocked.
• Lawn maintenance: Mowing lawns, weed eating and using tractor for the arena area.
