Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Time Type: Full Time (30 Hours or More)
Under the supervision of the Director of Administration and Finance, the Office Assistant (OA) is responsible for handling a variety of clerical tasks for Hospitality House, including but not limited to answering phone calls, managing communications, coordinating meetings and travel, greeting customers, ordering supplies, making copies, and organizing and managing files. Writing and editing documents as well as providing customer service are primary activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Preferred: Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school related to the field of work (social services, health and human services); or six months to one- year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Electronic Mail Software (Outlook preferred); internet programs (including online payroll system ADP); database systems, Microsoft Word.

Requires a Driver’s License: Yes, Operator License
Minimum Salary: 16.00 Hour Maximum Salary: 17.00 Hour
