Work Schedule/Status:

(W – F) 9am to 4pm (Part Time)

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Able to work Mac Computer
  • 1 year experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Microsoft experience
Skills, Duties, and Preferences:
  • Answer phones, make copies, send faxes, file, create documents, use invoice processing
  • Accounts receivable/Accounts payable
  • Platform (IPP) workmen’s comp, automobile and general insurances
  • New hire paperwork
