Position Location Chester, CA
Position Description Duties for this position include but are not limited to visual walk-through and PM
inspections of machinery and equipment in Sawmill. Repair/troubleshoot
conveying and production machinery including pneumatic and hydraulic
equipment and cutting/welding, fabricating machine parts. Must be willing to
work any shift. Will operate forklift, man-lift or other heavy equipment. Must be
safety minded and have good communication skills. Have at least a HS diploma
or GED and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. One year
certificate from college or technical school or two years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. EOE. Excellent

This is a job requiring strenuous work and moving heavy items and pieces of
• Expected to wear personal protective equipment at all times (hard hat, gloves,
safety glasses and hearing protection)
• Follow company lock-out procedures and use safe work practices at all times
• Must be knowledgeable of preventative maintenance programs
Position Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance Operations
• Ability to apply mechanical principles to practical situations using machines,
hand tools, or techniques in a variety of jobs ranging from routine to complex
• Observe all safety rules
Salary / Wage $25.80 per hour, plus .60 shift differential, full health benefits
Additional $1.00 per hour for crane certification
Additional $0.75 per hour for certified welding skills
