Experience with electronic files and Document Management Systems. Prior loan documentation experience and/or loan boarding experience, with experience in consumer or commercial loans preferred. Prior experience managing the real estate appraisal process preferred. Working knowledge of legal entities, collateral/title documentation and banking regulations. Ability to utilize computer applications associated with the Bank’s software for documentation and operating systems. Working knowledge of banking and credit structures and documentation. Critical/analytical thinking necessary. Detail oriented with the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast pace environment. Knowledge of general office practices and personal computer operations including word processing, spreadsheet and email software programs. Two plus years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
