Days/Hours: Days can vary, Full-time positon, 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Wage: $14.50 per hour, DOE

Worksite: Red Bluff
Days/Hours: 6:00pm to 4:00am & 12:00pm – 10:00pm
*PCM and Behavioural experience required
Wage: $15.00 per hour, DOE

Inspired Residential is looking for caring people who want to make a difference in the lives of Adults with Disabilities. We have two facilities in Red Bluff we are looking to hire for. 2 years plus with DSP 1 & 2.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school degree or equivalent (i.e. GED)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have 6 months experience in caring for disabled adults

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily housekeeping
• Maintain client records, including daily data collection
• Promote consumer relationships and healthy lifestyles
• Support & train individuals according to their individual needs in all areas of personaldevelopment
• Promote the development of individual self-esteem & problem solving abilities bypromoting self-advocacy
