The Dental Patient Service Representative is responsible for performing front office activities pertaining to the Dental department while maintaining a positive, friendly rapport with patients. Front office activities will include reception, scheduling, registration, patient check-out, eligibility, call center and other functions pertaining to patient flow as needed, with an emphasis on team-based care.
